Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has spoken about his personal goals at his new club.
"I have spent my whole life in England, in the Premier League. I need to adapt to the new league and new rivals. There are great teams in the Bundesliga. Everyone expects Bayern to become the champion, but the opponents are getting better, as we saw in the match with Leipzig.
Of course, the decision to move was difficult. I spent 19 years at Tottenham, this club is part of my heart. I felt that the time had come. I want to win trophies. When Bayern contacted me, I immediately felt that I wanted to move.
There is a long way to go. But the fact that the Champions League final will take place at Wembley is great. Of course, I am here to win the Champions League. The prospect of winning the Champions League in London is of course attractive, but there is still a very long way to go," Kane was quoted as saying by Twitter Bayern & Germany.
It will be recalled that in the first official match of the 2023/24 season, Bayern Munich with Kane lost to Leipzig (0: 3) in the German Super Cup.
