In Bucharest, Dynamo Kyiv continues preparations for the return leg against Greek Aris in the 3rd qualifying round of the Conference League.
On Sunday, the White and Blues held an evening training session, which, like the night before, took place at the training base of Rapid Bucharest. In the morning, the programme included a theoretical session - an analytical analysis of the first match against Aris.
The evening training session traditionally began with a warm-up. However, this time, in addition to the usual exercises to encourage and set the team up for a positive working attitude, the players were offered an interesting relay race, during which each player had to run to the training rack and be the first to hang a chip on it, starting from a prone position.
This exercise invigorated the players, and then the main work with the balls began. The Dynamo players practised teamwork, ball control, passing, and shooting. Particular attention was paid to fast attacks and the implementation of a numerical majority in attack.
The new week will also begin with a theoretical session, and in the evening the White and Blues will hold another training session in preparation for the match in Bucharest.
