London-based Chelsea have officially announced the signing of Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo, the club's press service reports.

- "I am so happy to join Chelsea! I'm so happy to be here at this great club and I didn't have to think twice when I got the call from Chelsea, I just knew I wanted to sign for this club. My dream has come true and I can't wait to start working with the team," said Moises Caicedo.
According to Sky Sports, Chelsea paid €133.5 million for the transfer of Moises Caicedo. Thus, the Ecuadorian's move became the most expensive transfer in the Premier League.
