"Chelsea agree on contract terms with Lavia

Chelsea have agreed to sign Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia, journalist Sasha Tavolieri reports.

According to the source, Lavia will sign a contract with Chelsea on a 7+1 basis. In the London club, the Belgian will receive more than Liverpool offered.
