If Mudryk feels that he is not up to that level, then he simply should not have gone and played in that league. He could have gone to a conventional Brescia or Genoa and played there. If he proved himself there, then he could go to England.

That's another matter. But in general, he should have joined Arsenal back then, this team was more suited to his style. Even if Chelsea had offered better financial terms, it would have been easier for him to open up at Arsenal.
