"Liverpool have announced the transfer of Stuttgart midfielder Wataru Endo on their official website.
Wataru Endo, Getty ImagesThe transfer fee for the 30-year-old footballer was 18 million euros. The Japanese midfielder's contract is for four years. Wataru will play at number 3 for the Merseysiders.
Last season, Endo played 33 matches in the Bundesliga, scoring five goals and providing four assists.
