Catalan club Barcelona and Germany goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen have agreed a new contract, Marca reports.
According to the source, this week, the German's representatives met with Mateu Alemani and Deco, where it was decided to continue cooperation with the goalkeeper after negotiations that lasted several weeks.
It is noted that the goalkeeper will sign a five-year contract. At the same time, the player will give up part of his salary in the next two years, but will receive it closer to the end of his agreement with Barcelona, which has been experiencing financial difficulties in recent years.
