The Nerazzurri are ready to offer the Chilean forward a one-year contract and a salary of €2.5 million. The 34-year-old striker turned down clubs in Saudi Arabia and MLS, expressing his desire to stay in European football.

Last season, Sanchez played 44 matches for Marseille in all competitions, scoring 18 goals and providing three assists.
