In 5 matches of the new season, Anton Tsarenko has not played a single minute for Dynamo. Tsarenko is now one of the few players in the first team, but he has no game practice. What is the reason for this decision?

Any rotation here is only possible when Buyalski is unable to play. To play the role of a reserve player, you need a player who is not too expensive and does not need to be paid a lot. That's why the club let go of Bohdan Lednev and Serhiy Buletsa and relied on young Tsarenko. Why spend extra money on wages?
Agent. Anton's interests are represented by Ivan Ishchenko. He is originally from Cherkasy region, but has been living in Spain for a long time. Tsarenko is the most famous player in Ishchenko's agency. Out of 6 players, only two play at the UPL level. There are also a number of young people under the age of 18. The most famous among them is Dynamo's Kyrylo Pashko. It is very difficult to lobby the interests of a player from Spain in Ukraine. And Ivan's credibility is not as high as that of Vadym Shabliy, Ivan Pirozhenko/Sasha Yakovenko, Oleksiy Lundovskiy, and Maksym Kagorodin. Of all the Ukrainians on the roster, Vivcharenko (a little-known French-Portuguese firm) and Supryaga (GG11, represented in Ukraine by Pirozhenko and Yakovenko) have a non-Shabliy agent.
The Dynamo management does not have the best attitude towards Ishchenko. After Tsygankov's move to Girona, all agents outside the system are looked down upon. There may be a story here that the status of a player is higher than the status of an agent. It's unlikely that Ivan can offer anything in terms of a loan at the UPL level, and Dynamo is unlikely to consider foreign options.
Competition. Today, Dynamo has about 14-16 first-team players. It is no longer easy to rely not only on the starting line-up, but also to expect to come on as a substitute. Lucescu is rotating the wing-backs. It's good that there are two players on each flank - Tymchyk/Karavaev and Dubinchak/Vivcharenko. We need to refresh the game on the flanks of the midfield, where there is also a large selection of players. Brazhko needs to get his game time. Shaparenko's physical form (and playing form) is also far from ideal. Vanat needs to be rotated. Thus, the game practice for Anton is not very realistic yet.
