Former Dynamo head coach Jozsef Szabo shared his opinion on the game of Dynamo, Shakhtar, Zorya and Dnipro-1 this season.
József Szabó- Yozhef Yozhefovich, what do you think of Dynamo's game against Chornomorets?
- It's absolutely b...c...ugly! How can you play like that?! When Chornomorets scored the first goal, the Dynamo player just stood near his penalty box and watched, although he was obliged not to let them score. The third goal of the Odessians - it is not clear where the Dynamo centre-back used his head. And there are a lot of such moments for Kyiv team. Dynamo's defence is a passing yard.
- Can you single out anyone from Dynamo?
- Only Brazhko! I know that scouts of foreign clubs are watching him and he will be bought soon. He has a huge potential, he is growing, he has a good shot and vision of the pitch. Sidorchuk is not the centre-back that Dynamo need.
- What do you think about Buyalski?
- Buyalsky sometimes scores, but for me he is a free artist. But in this case Vitaliy should work from penalty box to penalty box, be able to tackle, give and score, but he does not do it!
- Wanat is scoring.
- They talk a lot about Vanat now, but I watch every Dynamo game and I can say that he is a weak footballer. If a normal forward appears in Dynamo, Vanat will sit on the bench.
- What do you think about Yarmolenko?
- We thought that Yarmolenko would pull the team behind him, but he does not work out. He has a lot of cuts and mistakes. So far he is not a leading player.
- Our giants are showing a poor game this season and the leadership in the UPL table has been taken by Ruh. Who do you think will eventually become the champion?
- I think, "Ruh" will eventually fall to its place - in the middle of the standings. Looking at the way our leading teams play, anything can happen. I expected a lot from Shakhtar, before the start of the season I said that they would become champions, but so far they have failed. The Pitmen, as well as Dynamo, also have a problem with the centre-backs. "Dynamo are not the same team they used to be. "Zorya" plays relaxed, they will also be in the middle of the table. "Dnipro-1 is also not the same team as it was last year.
- Do you like at least one of the Ukrainian teams?
- I like Kryvbas. The coach of Kryvorizhzh team is a real man who drives them. Yuriy Vernidub has prepared them well physically, they fight to the end. I think, "Kryvbas" will be able to compete for medals this season.
