I really liked Nazar Voloshyn's performance yesterday. The left midfielder scored the second goal in the Conference League qualifiers and was quite active on his flank, causing problems for the Turks. Beşiktaş's defenders did not always cope with the speedy left wing of Kyiv's Dubinchak-Voloshyn.

Mircea Lucescu took Voloshyn to the training camp more than once, but there was no breakthrough. I believe that the main factor in Nazar's progress was his loan to Kryvbas. Firstly, Yuriy Vernydub knows how to work with young players and help them move from youth to adult football. Secondly, Voloshyn gained experience and playing practice at the UPL level, which then helped him to gain a foothold in the first team. In six months in Kryvyi Rih, he became stronger than he had been during his time playing for the youth team and training camps with the Dynamo first team.
In the summer, some of the youngsters left on loan. How many people went to join Vernydub in Kryvyi Rih? Zero. If there is a positive experience, why not use it?
Two young Dynamo players with first-team prospects, Anton Bol and Oleksandr Yatsyk, went to Zorya to gain experience. The former has not played this season. Anton could still sit on Dynamo's bench. In the summer, Zorya coach Nenad signed Brazilian defender Jordan, who plays alongside one of the club's main assets, Arsen Batagovic. Even when Jordan was sent off in the first round in the match against Rukh, it was Snurnitsyn, not Bol, who took the field. It turns out that Anton has the role of only the fourth defender in the team. It's good that at least Yatsyk played his first match for Zorya against Slavia.
I understand that Lalatovic doesn't really see both of them in the team (there is information that the loan of both players was agreed with the former coach of the team, who joined Shakhtar in the summer). Zorya has its own interests, Dynamo has its own. But two such talented and promising players as Yatsyk and Bol cannot sit without practice. All of this should be specified or discussed before signing a loan. If they don't suit the coach, there are other teams where these players will be welcome.
I really like the organisation of Chornomorets' game and the coaching talent of Roman Hryhorchuk. He knows how to build his team's defence very well. I think that Roman Iosypovych's Bol could seriously grow in a year and strengthen such a problematic position in the centre of defence.
