Shakhtar Donetsk intend to receive compensation for the transfers of midfielders Tete and Solomon to Galatasaray and Tottenham respectively.

European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg

The club filed a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights in order to get at least some money. "The Pitmen emphasise that the funds will be used to help those affected by the war.

Earlier, the Donetsk club had already filed complaints in other European instances, but failed to achieve results.

Recall that this summer two Shakhtar players, Tete and Solomon, took advantage of FIFA Supplement 7 and left the club for free.
