According to TaToTake, the UAF Dispute Resolution Chamber has recognised the rightness of FC Rukh in the case against its former player, ex-Ukrainian youth national team midfielder Ivan Varfolomeyev.
It was recognised that Varfolomeyev wrongfully and unilaterally terminated his contract with FC Rukh in the spring of 2022, when he left the club's location, left Ukraine and signed a contract with Czech Slovan from Liberec, despite the existing agreement with Rukh.
According to the decision of the PVS UAF, the footballer will be obliged to pay FC Rukh approximately 100 thousand dollars.
The next step of Rukh may be a lawsuit to the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber against Slovan, which instigated and encouraged the footballer to terminate his contract with the Ukrainian club.
