Viktoriia head coach Anatolii Bezsmertnyi commented on Oleksandr Kovpak's resignation from LNZ after the 0-1 defeat to Sumy in the Ukrainian Cup.

- "Oleksandr Kovpak and I are on very good terms, as friends, especially since he used to play for me. You know, the last thing I wanted was for Oleksandr to be dismissed from his position as head coach of LNZ. But that's life. It was a very unexpected decision, but it happens," said Bessmertnyi.
