The future of acting head coach of Dnipro-1 Valeriy Horodov will depend on how his charges will play on 31 August in the return leg of the Conference League qualifying round against Slovakian Spartak. This is reported by Sport.ua.

In case of failure in the match with the Slovaks, Dnipro-1 will return to Dnipro and the credit of trust to Horodov from the club management will be reduced. Although, it should be clarified that all attempts of Dnipro to invite a foreign specialist to the position of head coach have not been successful so far. Therefore, Gorodov may continue to lead the team as acting head coach until the end of the first part of the season.
