Dynamo midfielder Samba Diallo has been called up to the Senegalese national team to prepare for and take part in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Rwanda.
Samba DialloThe match will take place on 9 September in Diamniadio at the Stade Me Abdoulaye Wade arena. With this match, the Senegalese national team will complete the qualifying round for the final tournament, where they made it ahead of schedule - in their Group L, where they play alongside Mozambique, Benin and the aforementioned Rwanda, the Teranga Lions scored 13 points after five matches and became unattainable for competitors.
The final tournament of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations will take place from 13 January to 11 February 2024 in Côte d'Ivoire.
