Andrei Demchenko, the new head coach of Georgian side Dinamo Batumi, has revealed what he thinks about the potential of his team's midfielder Giorgi Tsitaishlivi, who is on loan from Dynamo Kyiv.

He is a talented and individually strong footballer. We need to work a little more to understand how to help him realise his qualities even better," Ukrainian Football quotes Demchenko as saying.
