Maksym Dyachuk is a contender for the Golden Boy award for the best young footballer in Europe

20-year-old Dynamo Kyiv centre-back Maksym Dyachuk has been included in the list of 100 candidates for the prestigious Golden Boy award, which recognises the best young footballer in Europe.

The Dynamo player takes 59th place in the rating of the award. The list includes two more Ukrainians. Pavlo Isenko ("Vorskla") takes 67th place, and Oleksandr Saputin ("Zorya") - 68th.

The winner will be determined on the website of the authoritative Italian edition of Tuttosport, where everyone can vote for their favourite.
