Former Dynamo Kyiv captain Serhii Sydorchuk commented on his transfer to Belgian side Westerlo:

I'd like to take this opportunity to emphasise that Dynamo is a huge stage in my life. These are years of hard work, successes and defeats, but always with full dedication for the sake of the team's results and, above all, our fans.
Dynamo fans are very picky and demanding. Only victories are in our club's DNA, so any failure is perceived very painfully. Dynamo fans simply do not know how to be indifferent. Even in very difficult times, they support the team and wish us success. This is a huge value of our club.
