Journalist Mykhailo Spivakovskyi told from which candidates Dnipro 1 chose a new head coach after the club failed to agree on co-operation with Spanish specialists.
"The number one candidate was Dmytro Mikhailenko. He thought very seriously for a few days, but in the end he decided to stay at Paphos.
I heard that after Mykhailenko dropped out, Maksym Kalinichenko was among the candidates. And only then came the candidacy of Yuriy Maksimov. Negotiations with him were very fast. Maksimov is a man who wants to work on any terms in a normal team," - said the journalist on air Youtube-channel "TaToTake".
We shall remind you that yesterday it became officially known that Yuriy Maksimov will become the new head coach of Dnipro-1.
