A charity match organised on the initiative of UEFA President, Slovenian Aleksander Čeferin, took place yesterday in the Slovenian capital, Ljubljana.
Andriy Shevchenko (left) in a charity matchThe match was organised to raise funds for Slovenia's aid. Many world football stars were invited to take part in the match - Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Javier Zanetti, Gianluigi Buffon, Paolo Maldini, Luis Figo and others.
The legendary Ukrainian striker Andriy Shevchenko also took part in this game. He did not leave the pitch without scoring: in the middle of the first half, the ex-footballer of Dynamo Kyiv and Italian Milan realised a penalty in spectacular style, hitting the ball into the goal, which was defended by Buffon.
