Fabio Grosso is the new head coach of Lyon

French club Lyon has announced on its official website the appointment of Fabio Grosso as the team's head coach.

The Italian specialist's contract runs until 30 June 2024 with an option to extend it for another season.

During his playing career, Grosso defended the colours of Lyon for two years from 2007 to 2009. His previous job as a coach was at Frosinone, with whom he won the Serie B title at the end of last season.
