Al-Ittihad striker Karim Benzema has revealed what he thinks about the level of the Saudi Arabian Championship.

- The Saudi Arabian Championship is on its way to becoming the best league on the planet. This will happen as more world class players emerge. It will take the championship forward," Benzema was quoted by Football Tweet as saying.

The Frenchman joined his team in the summer as a free agent after previously leaving Real Madrid, for whom he played since 2009.
