UPL club presidents' meeting: refereeing will be discussed without Shakhtar

As previously reported, tomorrow, 20 September, Lesnykyi is scheduled to host a meeting of UPL club presidents.

According to the TaToTake Telegram channel, Igor Surkis, Evgeniy Geller and other top officials, among others, have tentatively confirmed their participation. Questions arise on the representatives of four clubs, whose owners can not be present for objective reasons:

• "Dnipro-1" will be represented by commercial director Vyacheslav Fridman;
• "Vorskla" - most likely, the club president Roman Chernyak;
• "Chornomorets - probably the owners' confidant Volodymyr Geninson;
• Shakhtar representatives are not expected at the meeting, who will not be able to return from Hamburg after the Champions League match against Porto. The source also claims that Rinat Akhmetov has promised to attend the next similar meeting.
