The former head coach of the national youth team Michal Probez has become the new head coach of the Polish national team. The specialist was introduced by Cesar Kulesza, president of the Polish Football Association.
Under the contract, the 51-year-old coach will spend with the "cadre" two cycles - for Euro 2024 and for the World Cup 2026. As Kulesza noted, Probej has the immediate task of reaching the final part of the European Championship. Three matches before the end of selection in Group E, Poles are only in fourth place, trailing Albania and the Czech Republic by 4 and 2 points respectively, with the Czechs still 4 games ahead.
