Russia said that even now UEFA continues to fund their various projects.
"We continue to co-operate with UEFA, they help us with the implementation of projects. Every year we receive from UEFA the same amount as other associations corresponding to our size," said the president of the Russian Football Union, Alexander Dyukov.
We shall remind you that in March 2022, after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, UEFA and FIFA suspended representatives of the occupying country from all tournaments.
