In the long-awaited Premier League match at the stadium "Livy Bereg" fought Kharkiv "Metalist 1925" and Kovalivka "Kolos". Both teams throughout the match demonstrated high skill and determination, but in the end the goal remained elusive for both sides. The score became 0-0 at halftime, and it remained that way until the final whistle. The first notable event occurred in the 41st minute, when Kolos Kovalivka made the first substitution of the match. A. Tsurikov left the field and was replaced by N. Zolotov. This substitution brought new energy into Kolos' game, but Kolos failed to score. Shortly before the whistle for the break Metalist 1925 Kharkiv got a yellow card. V. Dmitrenko was warned by the referee, which reflects the physical intensity of the game. Both teams were striving for a break, but had to settle for the score 0:0. The second half continued as Kolos Kowalivka made two quick substitutions. In the 56th minute, Diego Carioca replaced S. Myakushko, and then V. Veleteni came on in place of S. Boltan. Veleteni came on in place of S. Bolbat. These substitutions were aimed to bring fresh forces into the game and diversify the attack, but Kharkiv Metalist 1925 defence held firm.
On 59 minutes Kharkiv Metalist 1925 also made a series of substitutions. О. Sidorov came out instead of Y. Tkachuk, V. Dmitrenko was replaced by D. Yusov, and Y. Margarov was replaced by D. Yusov. Yusov, and Y. Martyniuk - on A. Chiruk. These changes were aimed at maintaining a high level of intensity and creativity on the pitch in the hope to snatch victory. In the course of the match Kharkiv Metalist 1925 made the last substitution in the 68th minute. R. Rusin was replaced by Ari Moura in search of alternative options to achieve the winning goal. In response, "Kolos" made the fifth substitution in the 77th minute - V. Milko came out instead of A. Bogdanov. Time passed, and both teams were increasingly hungry for a goal, the game became more and more physical. This led to another yellow card, in the 89th minute, for Kharkiv "Metalist 1925" player A. Gabelok. A. Gabelok. The referee had to keep the game under control, as the tension was growing, but the match ended in a 0:0 draw. Although both Kharkiv "Metalist 1925" and Kovalivka "Kolos" showed their talents and fought courageously, neither team could not find the turning point needed to achieve victory.
