After the matches of Round 8 of the 2023/2024 Ukrainian Championship ended, the UPL stated that only two teams out of 16 are without legionnaires - players with foreign passports.

It should be added that foreigners can theoretically still appear in the squads of LNZ and Obolon, but only if they are added to the roster. As of today, there are no legionnaires in the applications of both clubs.
