Despite all the efforts of both sides, the score remained 0:1 in favour of Atalanta until the final whistle. In general, the match between "Verona" and "Atalanta" was exciting, demonstrating the passion and skill of both teams. Atalanta's first goal proved to be decisive, as they managed to hold their lead until the end. The Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi was a worthy venue for this exciting Serie A match.
