Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mc Allister and Tottenham defender Cristian Romero had a bit of a fight on Instagram.

Recall, on Saturday, Tottenham beat Liverpool not without the help of refereeing errors, which were later recognised as such by PGMOL.

After the match, the Spurs defender posted a photo of the celebration with fans on Instagram and wrote: "This team has a strong spirit, a big heart. It's always like this, all together."

Joining his compatriot in the comments was Mac Allister, who wrote "It's normal when you have 12 players on the field." Romero didn't ignore the outburst and suggested Alexis should go home to cry.

However, all those comments under the post were soon deleted. It seems that the players decided not to inflame the conflict.
