Former AC Milan player Mario Balotelli believes that Adel Taarabt is more technical than Neymar.

Neymar is an absolute phenomenon, he's too strong, and of course we can't compare them, but if we talk only about technique, Taarabt is stronger," Mario, who played with Adel at AC Milan, said in the Vox to Box podcast.
Balotelli now plays for Adana Demirspor in Turkey, Neymar for Al Ahli in Saudi Arabia, and Taarabt for Al Nasr in the UAE.
