Frank Lampard may take over at Scottish Rangers

"Glasgow Rangers are interested in appointing former Chelsea boss Frank Lampard as the team's head coach, The Telegraph reports.

The Scots' management is looking for a coach after the dismissal of Michael Beale, which happened after the home defeat in the championship by Aberdeen (1-3).

Lampard has been out of work since his short-term contract with Chelsea expired in May. The terms of a possible contract with Rangers have not yet been announced.
