Turkey has withdrawn its bid to host Euro-2028. This is reported by the official website of UEFA.
It is reported that Turkey decided not to apply for hosting Euro-2028. Thus, now in UEFA for consideration remained only one, a joint bid of England, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
At the same time, Turkey has submitted a joint bid with Italy to host Euro 2032. There are also no other contenders for this European Championship.
It is known that the hosts of Euro-2028 and Euro-2032 will be announced on 10 October.
