Due to Andriy Yarmolenko's injury, which will not allow the national team captain to take part in the October Euro 2024 qualifiers, head coach Serhii Rebrov has called up Sunderland's Nazariy Rusyn.
This is Nazariy's second call-up to the national team. The previous time he trained with the main team in June, but has not yet made his debut for the national team.
It will be recalled that our national team will begin its training camp on 8 October in Prague, where on 14 October it will play a nominally home Euro 2024 qualifying match against North Macedonia. On the 17th, our guys will play an away match against Malta.
