Ukrainian defender of London Arsenal Oleksandr Zinchenko explained why in last week's APL game against Bournemouth (4:0) penalty was performed by the team's newcomer Kai Havertz.

You grow as a person when you have such nice people around you, you try to improve yourself. We learn every day because of a lot of different situations, sometimes with emotions. You need to have experience to know how to react," Zinchenko said.
