"54 is a symbolic number, as so many years have passed between the USSR's aggression against Czechoslovakia and Russia's aggression against Ukraine. Half a century, and the enemy is still not punished. 54 is respect for the Czech Republic, a symbol of the unity of our peoples," said Mykola Vasylkov, one of the event's organisers.
