In the summer transfer window, PSG received generous offers for Dutch winger Xavi Simons from Manchester United and RB Leipzig, journalist Loic Tanzi reports.
According to the source, both clubs have been turned down. The refusal of a full transfer is due to the fact that the money would have to be transferred to PSV. These were the terms of the agreement between PSG and the Dutch club for which Simons had previously played. The clause on the payment of compensation in case of resale of the player was valid until a certain date. PSG decided to send Simons to German side Leipzig on loan. The 20-year-old winger scored three goals in seven games in the Bundesliga.
