Ukraine's youth team defeats Morocco at tournament in Seoul

Today, the U-19 national team of Ukraine (players not older than 2005) played its third match at an international tournament in South Korea.

In the opening round, Oleg Kuznetsov's team lost to the hosts (2:4), after which they defeated the Vietnamese team (3:2).

In the third and final match, the blue and yellows met the Moroccan national team. After losing 0:2 in the first half, the Ukrainian players managed to turn the tide and win 4:3. Dynamo forward Matvey Ponomarenko scored a double. His teammates Nazar Balaba and Taras Mikhavko also scored a goal each.

Our team finished the tournament in second place, losing one point to the hosts in the standings.
