Italy defender Francesco Acherbi said after the 1-3 defeat by England in the Euro 2024 qualifying match that his team must now win against Ukraine.

We had to try to win and do something more because we had the opportunity. In the second half, they defended very well and we didn't. We shouldn't have let our guard down.
