UEFA has left virtually unchanged its latest disciplinary decision regarding the Ukraine national football team's next home matches.
As a reminder, following the results of the Euro 2024 qualifying matches Ukraine vs England (1:1) and Italy vs Ukraine (2:1), UEFA punished the Ukrainian side with a fine and partial closure of the stands for the fans' behaviour. The UAF appealed the decision, but it was only partially satisfied.
According to UEFA's official website, the fine imposed on the Ukrainian side for the fans' racist behaviour has now been reduced from 20,000 euros to 15,000 euros, but the restrictions on the presence of fans in the stands at the next matches of the Ukrainian national team remain unchanged.
As in the case of the recent match against North Macedonia (2:0), in the game against Italy (20 November, Leverkusen) the number of closed seats in the stands must be at least 5 thousand.
