However, next season Bogush found himself on the bench. He underwent several surgeries and did not play for the Dynamo first team for more than two years. In the Ukraine national team Bogush played 2 matches, conceded 1 goal.
Oleh Salenko (1969) is a former Ukrainian footballer who played as a striker. In his time Salenko defended the colours of Zenit St. Petersburg, Dynamo Kyiv, Spanish Logroñez, Valencia and Córdoba, Scottish Rangers, Turkish Istanbulspor, as well as Polish Pogoń. Top scorer at the 1994 FIFA World Cup. Holder of the World Cup record for the number of goals scored in one match - 5.
