Odesa businessman and owner of Chornomorets, Borys Kaufman, has had his measure of restraint in the case of seizure of Odesa airport changed from custody to bail,Suspilnereports, citing the press service of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
Boris KaufmanThe hearing took place on 26 October. According to the court's press service, it was closed. The bail amount was UAH 150 million. The previous bail amount in this case was UAH 268.4 million.
Boris Kaufman has been in custody since 7 September. The businessman's defence lawyers tried to appeal against the decision, but the HACCU Appeals Chamber upheld it.
