The Ukrainian Premier League has determined the best player and the best coach of the 12th round of the Ukrainian championship, the matches of which were held last weekend.
Photo - upl.uaDetermination of the best in the tour was traditionally held in two stages. First, representatives of leading Ukrainian sports publications named their nominees. And then in the social networks of the UPL fans voted.
As a result, the best player of the 12th round was recognised as the newcomer of Zhytomyr Polesya, striker Beni Makuana, who became the author of the winning goal of his team in the match with Lugansk "Zorya" (1:0). The Congolese won the fight against other nominees for the player of the tour - Oleg Kozhushko (Kryvbas), Valeriy Luchkevich (Kolos) and Georgiy Ermakov (Oleksandriya).
Yuriy Vernidub, the coach of Kryvbas from Kryvyi Rih, whose team defeated Dnipro-1 with a score of 3-0, became the coach of the round. Other nominees for the title of coach of the tour were Yaroslav Vishnyak (Kolos), Yuriy Kalitvintsev (Polesie) and Oleh Dulub (LNZ).
