Sky Sports expert Paul Merson believes that Manchester United head coach Eric Ten Hag has lost his ideas.

When you look at other teams, you can see what they are trying to do. With Joe Willock, Sean Longstaff and Joelinton, Newcastle dominated them in the centre of the pitch.
"Newcastle made eight changes to their starting line-up and still lost 0-3 to Manchester United. There are different ways to lose football matches, and everyone loses matches, but tonight they were completely outplayed, just like last week.
"It was just too easy for Newcastle. They weren't scared of Old Trafford at all, they just went out and played. Every week I see Ten Hag chewing gum with a stone face. That's all I see, and something needs to be done," said Paul Merson.
