The Shevchenkivskyy district court of Kiev in early September arrested certain assets of the businessman, unofficial owner of Dnipro-1 Ihor Kolomoyskyy, reports LIGA.Business.

Photo: nv.uaIt is indicated that this became known from the 1 November ruling of the Kiev court of appeal, but the arrest itself occurred immediately after the arrest of the businessman himself. Under arrest fell, in particular, 9% of LLC "Football club Dnipro" 100% of shares of Poltavaoblenergo and 50% of LLC "Cinema Valentina".
The rest of the seized assets:
- 33.4% of LLC "Alfa-Privat, LTD."
- 30 per cent of LLC Pass LTD;
- 20% LLC "Commercial Agency "Vist LDT";
- 33.4% Beta-K, LTD;
- 9% LLC "Proton-21";
- 25% Starlight Ltd;
- 25% Farles Ltd;
- 19.6 per cent of Solm Ltd;
- 19.6% Sentosa Ltd.
On 2 September 2023, Kolomoisky was suspected of fraud and money laundering. He was arrested for two months with bail of UAH 509 million. He did not post bail, and after he was informed of two more suspicions in the pre-trial detention centre, the court increased the amount of bail to UAH 3.8bn.
The term of the preventive measure is until 2 December inclusive.
