The tension of the game did not let up and in the 80th minute Atalanta made two more substitutions. Instead of Charles de Ketelare and Luis Muriel, Ademola Lukman and Teun Koopmeiners took the field. Tensions rose in the closing stages of the match when Rafael Toloi received a second yellow card, which led to a red card and left Atalanta with ten men in the 90th minute. Alexis Sanchez and Kenan Aslani were introduced into the game in the 86th minute. In the end, Inter won the game, holding a slender lead despite Atalanta's persistent attempts to get back into the game. The Gewiss Stadium witnessed a thrilling match that showcased the best of Serie A football. The fans are looking forward to the next meeting between these great teams.
