As previously reported, Edmar, who was acting head coach of Kharkiv "Metalist 1925", left the club before the match of the 13th matchday of the Ukrainian championship with Odessa "Chornomorets" (2:1).

There is evidence that Edmar also maintains close ties with his historical homeland - Brazil.
