Edmar left Metalist 1925 after receiving a job offer from a club abroad. The team coach said goodbye to the players and staff of the Kharkiv team.
EdmarThe Kharkiv team confirmed that Edmar has an option to continue his career in another country and stated that they had no moral right to prevent such a development.
It is reported that Edmar's new club will be Tobol of Kazakhstan, for which Ukrainian midfielder Yevhen Shakhov plays.
The same coaching staff will continue to work with the team: Oleh Holodyuk, Yevhen Kotov, analytical coach Maksym Tsvirenko, goalkeeping coach Serhii Volvakov and physical training coach Andrii Shabalin.
