Famous Ukrainian commentator Igor Tsyganik has made a prediction for the Champions League group stage match between Shakhtar and Barcelona.
"I didn't like Shakhtar in the match against Dynamo Kyiv. The game itself turned out to be sparse on moments where there was a lot of wrestling rather than football. It was one of the worst 'Classics' in recent years, but objectively, you need to take into account the level of the players and the overall situation in the country, when it is almost impossible to invite quality legionnaires to our championship.
It will be very interesting to watch the Shakhtar against Barcelona. If Marino Pušić continues to give the team the game he wants, then there could be serious problems. Even against Dynamo, Shakhtar's players made a lot of mistakes, there were a lot of clippings, and the team was lost under pressure.
I don't really believe in Shakhtar against the Catalans, but I won't bet on the outcome of the match. I'd rather choose a bet on the exchange of goals - this bet was a winner in Barcelona, and there is every chance that it will play out in Hamburg in the second leg," Tsyganik said.
