The head coach of the national team of Ukraine Serhii Rebrov has announced the squad that will take part in the preparatory training camp for the Euro 2024 qualifying match against Italy, which will take place on 20 November in Leverkusen, Germany.

The announced list includes 26 players. Four more players were included in the reserve list. Two players were called up to the first team for the first time. They are defenders Vladyslav Dubinchak from Dynamo Kyiv and Maksym Taloverov, who currently plays for LASK Austria. At the same time, Serhii Rebrov invited striker Danylo Sikan to the squad for the first time, who has already played six matches for the national team in 2021-2022, scoring one goal.

Goalkeepers: Georgii Bushchan (Dynamo Kyiv), Anatolii Trubin (Benfica Lisbon, Portugal), Dmytro Riznyk (Shakhtar Donetsk).

Defenders: Mykola Matvienko, Yukhym Konoplya, Valerii Bondar (all from Shakhtar Donetsk), Oleksandr Tymchyk, Vladyslav Dubinchak (both from Dynamo Kyiv), Vitalii Mykolenko (Everton Liverpool, England), Ilya Zabarnyi (Bournemouth, England), Oleksandr Svatok (Dnipro-1), Maksym Taloverov (LASC Linz, Austria).

Midfielders: Taras Stepanenko, Oleksandr Zubkov, Heorhii Sudakov, Yehor Nazarina (all from Shakhtar Donetsk), Oleksandr Karavayev (Dynamo Kyiv), Oleksandr Zinchenko (Arsenal London, England), Viktor Tsygankov (Girona, Mykhailo Mudryk (Chelsea London, England), Serhiy Sydorchuk (Westerlo, Belgium), Ruslan Malinowski (Genoa Genoa, Italy), Oleksandr Pikhalonok (SC Dnipro-1 Dnipro);

Forwards: Artem Dovbyk (Girona, Spain), Roman Yaremchuk (Valencia, Spain), Danylo Sikan (Shakhtar Donetsk).

Reserve list: Denys Popov, Vitalii Buyalskyi, Vladyslav Vanat (all from Dynamo Kyiv), Nazariy Rusyn (Sunderland, England).

The national team will begin its training camp on 13 November in Gdansk, Poland. There, the blue and yellows will train until 18 November inclusive, after which they will travel to the venue of the decisive qualifying match - the city of Leverkusen, in western Germany. Here, at the BayArena stadium, the Ukrainians will face the Italian team in the fight for a ticket to the final tournament of the 2024 European Championship.
